Mudras – Finger Yoga – Your well-being is in your hands.

Each of your finger’s is related to an energy centre in your body.

There are finger exercises that can positively affect your body and its energy.

Finger yoga acts on tendons, ligaments, connective tissue, veins, organs, sense organs, and nerves.
There are 4000 nerve fibres at our fingertips. Using finger yoga, we stimulate our meridians, our nerve pathways, and these meridians are connected to our organs and various body zones.

In a step-by-step video, Mudra Art demonstrates simple finger exercises that have a sedative or stimulating effect, thus helping to balance deficits in health and mental levels.

By applying gentle pressure to the finger being exercised in the mudras or hand yoga of your choice, we use our nerve pathways as an energetic conductor to the brain. The brain sends this impulse
to the chosen area of our body, where it has a relaxing, energizing, or healing
and balancing effect.

Some of these finger exercises already have an effect after a few seconds on destructive changes in body and spirit, while others take a little longer.
Even if one perceives nothing at the beginning, they nevertheless have an effect.
